Spacious house in the countryside outside Finnerödja – quiet location with beautiful nature We are renting out a house suitable for those looking for a quiet and scenic residence. The house was newly renovated in 2021 and has a living space of 107 square meters as well as a basement of the same size. The house includes a large plot with a nice view and a newly built wooden deck at the back in a sunny south-facing position – perfect for morning coffee or evenings outdoors during the summer months. The floor plan consists of a kitchen, living room, three smaller rooms suitable as bedrooms or offices, two bathrooms, a smaller sauna, laundry room, and a large storage space. The house is rented unfurnished, but a bathtub, washing machine, and fridge/freezer are included. Heating is provided by an air-water heat pump. There is plenty of parking space for several cars on the plot. The monthly rent is 6,800 SEK (cold rent). The rental is indefinite, and we would prefer a tenant who wants to stay for a longer period. Ideally, we would like a tenant without pets. We are looking for someone reliable who appreciates the calm environment and takes good care of the house.
