The tenant is responsible for electricity, heating costs, and water/garbage. The cottage is located in Råda, close to services, grocery store, nature, and swimming lake. Bus connections within walking distance. We primarily use the cottage as a holiday home and are therefore considering renting it out during the winter season to someone looking for a quiet and nature-friendly home for an extended period. It is also suitable if you want to work remotely for a period.
