Hello We are now looking for new tenants for our small cottage located just outside Odensbacken. We are looking for someone who has a steady income, possibly a small family with children. Here you live with nature at your doorstep; a big advantage is if you like horses and dogs since we as landlords are the closest neighbors. The rent is excluding utilities, other costs such as garbage collection, chimney sweeping, and sludge emptying are the tenant's responsibility. Heating is provided by air source heat pump, soapstone stove, wood-fired kitchen stove, and electric heaters. Fiber connection is available, the tenant is responsible for their own subscription. You will have access to a larger fenced yard which you can manage yourself, including lawn mowing, etc. Move-in can happen as early as January 1st.
