Johannesbäcksgatan, Uppsala

I am renting out an unfurnished room of approximately 10.5 sqm in my 4-room townhouse on Johannesbäcksgatan in Uppsala and am looking for a female tenant. Please note that the rental will start with a trial period of six months. If everything works well for both parties, we can agree on a longer rental period. The townhouse is about 140 sqm and is located near Årsta square and the bus stop Gröna gatan, with good connections to central Uppsala. I live here with my son, who stays with me every other week, and our two cats. I am looking for a calm, well-behaved, and reliable tenant who enjoys living with others. As a tenant, you will have your own room and access to the shared spaces of the residence such as the kitchen, bathroom, and living room. The room is located close to one of the house's two bathrooms, which you will mainly have access to for your own use.
