I am renting out my nice apartment in Luthagen. This is because I am currently working in another location. It is a spacious and bright studio with a separate kitchen. It has a large south-facing balcony with a view over Stabby Forest. The bathroom was renovated in the summer of 2025. There is a small walk-in closet with plenty of storage space in the hallway. The apartment is located along Stabby Allé in Luthagen with easy connections. A 5-minute walk to Ekonomikum. About 10-15 minutes bike ride or take bus 9 down to the central station and city center. The bus stops right outside the house. A 10-minute bike ride to the academic hospital and BMC, or Bus 1 which stops 3 minutes away and takes 10-15 minutes. There's a Nordic Wellness gym and an ICA and a Coop within a 5-minute walking distance as well as restaurants. Electricity, water, heating, TV, and internet are included in the rent.
