**Live rent-free and help with the renovation!** I am looking for a handy person, preferably a craftsman, who wants to live rent-free in exchange for helping with the renovation of the house. You need to be able to live more simply during the work, which is estimated to take about three months. The house will be expanded with a bedroom. Other works include installation of facade, panels, additional insulation, painting inside and out, as well as flooring and installation of moldings. We will help each other with the larger tasks and take responsibility for the bathroom, electricity, and HVAC. You will mainly be responsible for carpentry work and finalizing both indoors and outdoors. The house is currently about 35-40 sqm and has a fireplace, a basic water and sewage solution, a small kitchen, and a combined living room and bedroom. There is also a glazed patio for summer use of about 15 sqm, parking, and a large garden. Those who complete a significant part of the agreed work can live rent-free for 6-12 months. Work effort, rent-free period, and other conditions will be agreed upon before moving in. Afterwards, there is the possibility to continue renting the house for approximately 7,500 SEK per month, excluding utilities. Once the house is completed, the living space will be about 50 sqm, with two bedrooms, a living room, a new bathroom, and kitchen. **A driver's license is required.** Interested?
