As a tenant, you share a kitchen and shower with me. You also have access to a laundry room and a pleasant enclosed patio. I work from home during the day and have a dog that stays in the house during the day. What is included in the rent The room is rented furnished. Electricity, water, heating, and internet are included. Access to the laundry room and the enclosed patio is also included. There are good parking opportunities adjacent to the residence. Price and rental period One night: 400 SEK Weekend, Friday–Sunday (two nights): 750 SEK One week: 1,800 SEK One month: 5,100 SEK Communication The residence is about a 10-minute walk from central Kumla and near a bus stop. By car, it takes about 18 minutes to Örebro. Why I am renting out the residence I have a whole house to myself and therefore want to take advantage of the opportunity to rent out one of the rooms. I am looking for a well-behaved and considerate person who wants to live comfortably and enjoys sharing the house's common areas.
