The cottage is a renovated wooden house with a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and living room with a cozy open fireplace. The location is quiet and close to nature, while you are close to both Stockholm, Uppsala, and Norrtälje. Over the past two years, we have renovated and improved the house so that it works well as a year-round residence. Among other things, the bathroom has been renovated, a heat pump has been installed, the roof has been additionally insulated, the chimney and heating stove have been renovated, and solar cells and battery storage have been installed. The property is a full 6,300 m² and has 2 houses in each corner. There is another house of 54m² that is also rented to a young couple with 2 cats, making ample space for children to play and for the whole family to enjoy nature. Among other things, there are apple trees and our robot lawnmower, which makes it convenient for you. Accommodation: The house is rented furnished with a 6-month lease as we may need it in late spring 2027. No payment remarks, and we will conduct a credit check on you. A deposit equivalent to one month's rent, 9,000 SEK, is required at the time of moving in as security for any damages or unpaid costs. The deposit is refunded the month after the end of the rental period, provided that the residence is left in good condition and all payments are settled.
