Burs Galtungs, Stånga

Due to a longer stay abroad, we are now renting out our home located between Burs and När. The house is a limestone house with modern additions such as underfloor heating in all bathrooms and the hallway. The hallway and bathroom on the ground floor were renovated in 2024, and the kitchen has a new induction stove from Smeg. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms and a hallway. Upstairs, there are three more double beds, as well as a shower and toilet. On the ground floor, there is also a large enclosed conservatory, and upstairs there is an insulated storage room. The house comes with a large park-like garden, and in the fall, you can enjoy apples, pears, plums, mulberries, and grapes. In September 2026, we placed a wood-fired sauna barrel from Gutebastu in the garden. It is easy to maintain, heats up within 30 minutes, and is very lovely. Access to it can be discussed. Electricity and heating are paid by the tenant. The heating in the entire house is waterborne with a heat pump. The cost for internet and garbage collection is shared with another tenant (who lives in a separate wing building). As an indication, you can expect an average cost of approximately 3000 SEK per month (including everything) based on the costs we had last year.
