The apartment is in a quiet and family-friendly area with good transport links (several bus lines 5 minutes walk away), free parking 200 m away, and proximity to shopping, grocery stores, swimming pool, health center, etc. Check-in: November 29, 2026, at 15:00 Check-out: December 31, 2026, at 15:00 Rent: 6,000 SEK (excluding consumed electricity and hot water--300 SEK is paid upon moving in). Cleaning upon move-out is mandatory. Broadband is not included. Payment is made no later than 2 working days before moving in, including a deposit fee of 3,000 SEK which is returned upon moving out if no damage, or abnormal electricity usage, has occurred during the stay.
