We have 1 room in our terraced house, of 10.5 sqm, which is rented out from 1st January 2027 and until further notice. Furniture available is a desk + chair and a bedsofa Toilet, on upper level with bathtub shared by tenants. Washing machine & dryer we all agree on. Cleaning of the upper bathroom is shared by those who rent, must be cleaned every week. The toilet on the lower level is the one we use. Cleaning of own room + toilet upstairs is handled by tenants, other spaces are cleaned by us Shared kitchen for everyone with dishwasher, large fridge & freezer. Kitchen equipment is available. Different shelves in the fridge/freezer that we share, and the same with pantry drawers. Balcony on the upper floor, 2 patios downstairs, one of which has a roof. Grill available for use Broadband Telia is available 100 MB 6-7 min walk to bus stop, 10 min to ICA shop. There is a house cat that is inside a little from time to time. Rent: SEK 5200/month incl. Electricity & Internet, 3 months' notice applies mutually. Rent payment takes place no later than the 27th of the following month. Magnus & Rachel
