Glimmervägen, Uppsala

Room of approx. 15 sqm for rent in Eriksberg I am renting out a room of approximately 15 sqm in a shared apartment in Eriksberg. The area is close to both nature and the city, with good bus connections. The rent is SEK 5,500/month and includes everything: * Electricity * Water * Heating * WiFi * Home insurance The apartment is shared with me and one other tenant. There is also a cat in the home. A cleaning company comes once a month and cleans the entire apartment, including all rooms and shared areas. In between, we share the responsibility of keeping the common areas clean and pleasant. I am flexible with the exact dates and happy to discuss what works best. I have references from previous tenants and can provide contact with previous lodgers if requested. For one person only. I am looking for a responsible and considerate person who appreciates a calm and pleasant home.
