My partner and I are renting out our cozy apartment in Salabacke from around January to June while we are on a longer trip in Australia and Asia. We are looking for one or two responsible tenants who want to take care of our home while we are away. The rent includes water, electricity, grid fee, broadband, home insurance, and parking. If parking is not needed, the cost for it can be removed. The apartment is rented out partially furnished. If interested, we can agree on the extent of the furnishing together to find a solution that suits both parties. The existing combined washer/dryer may be used. However, the tenant is responsible for replacing any damage caused by careless use.
