Well-planned and charming 1-bedroom apartment with a central location and walking distance to downtown, the train station, and green areas like Djäkneberget. The apartment's large glazed balcony extends the outdoor season and provides an extra space for a large part of the year. I am renting out my apartment for 6 months with the possibility of extension, as my partner and I are planning to move to a larger residence.
