Welcome to a calm and nature-close residence with the forest right outside the door. Here you live secluded and peacefully, but with easy access to road 61 – only 10 minutes from Kil and 30 minutes from Karlstad. The house is suitable for families, couples, and business travelers. A large desk and fiber internet make it easy to work remotely, while the surroundings offer a tranquil place to relax. Three bedrooms, one of which has a double bed. Beautiful view of green areas and a small pond. We usually use the house during Christmas and summer holidays, but rent it out during other times. However, we might be able to arrange a longer rental (rental period August - June) if interested.
