We are a small real estate company that will have a 1-room apartment available, 30 sqm, in the attractive Villastaden area in Gävle. The apartment will be available from January 31, 2027, when the current tenant's notice period ends. However, there may be a possibility to move in earlier by agreement. The contract is a first-hand contract! We are looking for someone who is pet and smoke-free, as well as orderly. We prefer that you plan to live in the apartment long-term. Describe yourself in your application to increase your chances of being selected! The apartment is located in a quiet area close to jogging trails and nature. It's about a 13-minute walk to Gävle city center, a 3-minute walk to the University of Gävle, and a 10-minute walk to Gävle Hospital and 10 minutes to Coop. The rent is currently at 4900 SEK, including basic cable TV package, electricity (normal consumption), heating, and water. The property has a communal laundry room and bicycle room, and the apartment is located on the basement floor with waterborne underfloor heating throughout the residence. There is a shared storage where you can store a small amount of items. There are also parking spots available both with and without engine heaters. The cost for parking is between 430-450 SEK per month. Broadband is available from Gavlenet but is not included (own subscription). The apartment is allergy-friendly, so it is not allowed for furry pets to stay in the apartment. We read all applications that come in, and if you are selected, you will be contacted within a few days for a viewing that will be conducted continuously. A deposit of 5000 SEK is required at move-in and will be returned upon move-out. As a routine, we also conduct a credit check on potential tenants.
