Three rooms and a kitchen of 94 sqm, plus a basement of 50 sqm. The entire garden is included, with a total of 1,100 sqm with plenty of parking, large lovely grassy areas, and fruit trees. A shed with storage space is also included. On the ground floor, there is a welcoming hall, a large living room, and a generous kitchen. New fresh white goods from 2000-2022. The picture shows an old stove, but this has been replaced with an induction stove. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms, one smaller and one larger. There is also a fresh bathroom renovated just a few years ago, in light colors. Shower and toilet. On the upper floor, there is also a balcony! In the basement, there is an older bathroom with a toilet and bathtub, a laundry room with modern machines, and a boiler room. Fiber is installed in the house and ready to use. A new Verisure alarm with motion detectors, four smoke detectors, two cameras, and magnetic contacts on windows and doors are available and can be easily activated if the new tenant wishes to pay the fee to Verisure. The house is rented out in its entirety, including the entire plot. The future tenant is responsible for everyday maintenance such as lawn mowing and snow shoveling, replacing broken lamps - taking care of the house as if it were their own. The tenant pays all the house's operating costs themselves. Newly serviced summer of 2026. In winter, two bags of pellets are used per day, in summer two bags per week (thus only for hot water). The pellet burner also has an electric cartridge that can be used instead of pellets, for example, if you are away or do not want to use pellets during the summer months. The owner welcomes a handy tenant who is happy to fix things themselves, with the owner covering the cost of materials (paint, wallpaper, wood) for projects they want to do. The owner currently lives elsewhere and therefore wants to rent out the house. It is rented out indefinitely, without any limitation on the lease term. Requirements for future tenants are organized finances, meaning a steady job/income capable of covering the monthly cost, and no payment defaults. If the requirements are not met, a guarantor is also acceptable. It is important for the tenant to be diligent, as the owner is understandably protective of their house. Interested?
