We are renting out our bright, cozy, and fully furnished apartment while we spend a year abroad on a research stay. The apartment is located on the seventh floor of a modern building in a quiet area and features an open plan kitchen and living room, a bedroom, a separate study, and a southwest-facing balcony with a view of the forest. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need to feel at home. The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchenware, appliances, and other kitchen accessories, including a dishwasher. There is also a washing machine and dryer. We are happy to leave textiles and art depending on your preferences. Our two bicycles are also available for use. The apartment is especially suitable for a couple moving to Uppsala from another city or country, or for those seeking a comfortable home ready to move into. The apartment is located in a newly built and quiet residential area close to two grocery stores, a fruit and vegetable shop, a bakery, and several cafes. There is a bus stop right across the street, and it takes about 20 minutes by bus to Uppsala central station. For those who enjoy being out in nature, there are two forest trails suitable for running, hiking, and walking just a five-minute walk away. The monthly rent includes water, electricity, heating, internet, and Qasa's service fee. Viewings can be arranged both in person and via video calls. We ask interested tenants to verify their income, for example with some current pay slips and an employment contract, and to take out their own home insurance.
