We are renting out our fully furnished four-room apartment in central Luleå starting from November 8, initially for 6 months, with the possibility of an extension. The apartment is 99 sqm and spread over two floors. It has three bedrooms, a bright kitchen, living room with balcony, bathroom, and plenty of storage. The loft is currently used as an extra living room/playroom, but can of course be refurnished as a bedroom. The apartment is centrally located with close proximity to shops, restaurants, public transport, and everything Luleå city center has to offer. A washing machine is installed and included in the rent. A garage space in the same building is available if desired. Rent: 15,540 SEK/month + 10% furniture surcharge. Water, electricity, and wifi are additional costs. We are looking for a responsible tenant who will take good care of our apartment.
