Vattugatan, Kumla

Fresh and nice four-room apartment with a very central location in Kumla. It is only a 3-minute walk to Kumla square and ICA Maxi, and about a 3-minute walk to the beautiful and pleasant Kumla Lake. The rent includes internet, water, and electricity. My mother lives alone in the apartment and is looking for a lodger, as the apartment is large for her and she does not need all the rooms. Therefore, I am renting out a room with its own toilet. I am looking for a female lodger who can live together with my mother.
