My partner and I will be exchanging in the spring and are therefore subletting our apartment from January. (There is also the possibility to move in at the end of December and then only pay half the rent if needed). We rent our apartment through SKB and have nothing to complain about, the association is very responsible and helpful. Our apartment is a spacious 2ROK in an incredibly good location for both work and school. The apartment has a relatively large kitchen, equipped with all necessary utensils and crockery as well as a dishwasher and other common appliances. Incredible exposure to light with windows in multiple positions in a quiet area with many nice cafes and shops. There are also good transport links and it takes about 15 minutes by bus to Uppsala Central Station. The rent includes electricity, home insurance, water, and all furniture.
