Hello! I am renting out my two-bedroom apartment on the second floor in Rackarberget, Luthagen during 2027 with the possibility of extension. Ideally, I am looking for two students/workers who are preferably friends or at least know each other and can consider living together. Electricity, water, and internet are included. There is a laundry room in the basement and also a storage room that is currently full but can hold some luggage and smaller bulky items. Location: The apartment is centrally located in Uppsala and it takes 5 minutes to bike to the city center. You are neighbors with Ekonomikum. Engelska Parken is about a 5-minute walk away. A bus stop is located on the road right outside the building. Grocery Stores: There is proximity to several grocery stores. Above all, Ica is within a 5-minute walking distance. A larger and cheaper Ica is in Flogsta, 10 minutes by bike. Nature: Even though the apartment is in the city, it is very close to the beautiful Hågadalen, one of Uppsala's finest nature reserves.
