I'm renting out my apartment in Farsta starting in November 2026. The apartment is approximately 40 sqm and will be rented out partially furnished. The area offers good public transport connections and is close to grocery stores and other amenities. The apartment is fully furnished, except for a bed. Water, electricity, heating, and broadband/Wi-Fi are included in the rent. The rental period is planned for 6 months, with the possibility of an extension by mutual agreement. I will also be trying to sell the apartment during the rental period, so viewings may occasionally take place by prior arrangement.
