Hello! Now I plan to try renting out my charming villa in the popular Brodalen, Lindesberg! I would rather live in an apartment. The house has a well-planned layout. On the entrance floor, there is a kitchen, dining room, living room, bedroom, and bathroom. Two bedrooms and a WC are on the upper floor. From the living room, you can access the lovely terrace facing west – a perfect spot for long dinners and relaxing evenings in the sun. Adjacent to it is a large wooden deck where the sun can be enjoyed for most of the day. Basement with garage, pantry, storage, and laundry room. Electrical panel with RCD (residual-current device). The large yet easy-to-maintain garden offers plenty of space for play and activity. There are two apple trees, a pear tree, and strawberries – a small oasis for those who appreciate garden life. For the children, there's also a charming playhouse. The property is heated via comfortable district heating and a stove, and it is connected to fiber. Here, you live on a quiet and attractive street, only about a five-minute walk to the center where shops, restaurants, and public transport are available. In the vicinity, there is also Lake Linde with beautiful walking paths and a family-friendly beach. For the family, there are preschools, primary schools, and secondary schools, and soon also a middle school. The rent is excluding utilities. The tenant is responsible for the cost of electricity, heating, garbage collection, water & sewage charges. I am looking for someone/some people who want to live there for at least a year, preferably several.
