The apartment has an open and bright floor plan with a smartly separated bedroom, divided from the living room by a stylish window wall that lets in generous light. The large window section faces east, offering lovely morning sun to enjoy from the balcony. The kitchen has been updated with new appliances since the photos were taken (fridge, freezer, and fan). The photos are from 2022. The rent includes water and heating. However, the tenant will need to arrange their own broadband, electricity contract, and home insurance.
