Rent our house for a year while we are abroad! Located in central Huskvarna with proximity to shops, preschool, school, playground, and nature. Walking distance to Vättern with a wonderful beach! Two-story villa plus basement and attic (attic is only rented out when fully furnished and is not included in either area or room count). Garage and 3 parking spaces on the driveway. Proper garden with 2 wooden decks and a glazed patio. Barbecue and trampoline are available as well as a small sandbox. The robotic lawnmower means you as a tenant do not need to worry about mowing the lawn. The rent includes only garbage collection, you as a tenant will need to enter into/take over agreements for electricity/water/district heating. The operating cost for our family of two adults and three children is about 4500 SEK per month on average over the year, with more expensive periods in the winter and cheaper in the summer. We are happy to rent out furnished, but it is also possible to rent partially furnished or unfurnished.
