It is fully equipped with a complete small kitchen, bathroom with underfloor heating, shower cabin, and washing machine/dryer. There is space for a bed up to 140 cm wide. Water, heat, and broadband are included in the rent. Storvreta is located just north of Uppsala with very good connections with Uppsala. The easiest way to get to Uppsala is by Upptåget which takes you to Uppsala Central in 8 minutes, and you can walk to Storvreta station in a few minutes. If you want to cycle, there is a bike path all the way to Uppsala, and you have the E4 just 5 minutes away. In Storvreta there are 2 pizzerias/restaurants, ICA and Coop, a health center and dentist as well as very good opportunities for exercise with a gym and a large sports facility with illuminated trails for both running and skiing. The rent is 7100:-/month, electricity is added according to a separate agreement. The contract is written directly with the tenant, so no additional fee is added. Parking can possibly be arranged, rent is extra. 1 month's rent is required as a deposit upon access, and the monthly fee is paid in advance no later than the 1st of each month.
