Nyeds-Hulteby, Molkom

The house is located 30 m from the water (Acksjön). Close to everything (daycare, schools, health center, coop, public transport, forest, hiking trails, ...). 7 km to Molkom. 30 km to Karlstad and to Filipstad. The school bus picks up the children directly at the entrance. Currently and until the end of November, the house is rented out to a family who will soon move to their own place. The rent is a warm rent. Electricity, water, heating, internet, parking space, garbage collection, and septic tank emptying are included. The garden is included. Partially shared area. The outhouse is not included. The caretaker (one of the owners) lives here. He is therefore close at hand if there would be anything : ) The caretaker has a dog and a cat. It is a spacious house with a wonderful layout (see drawings) and fine light entry. We thoroughly enjoyed all the years we lived there with our children. Which rooms are included, which are shared, and which are used by the caretaker see the color coding on the drawings. Green = only yours, yellow = shared, red = caretaker's. He is very rarely in the yellow areas. We are not impossible and adapt gladly : ) The large room with its own kitchen on the ground floor can be sublet if you don't need the room yourself. About the pictures: - first an aerial photo - then from the prospectus we got when we bought in 2012 - followed by the drawings - and finally pictures from just before we emptied the house of furniture. Don't hesitate to ask your questions! Thank you.
