Fully furnished and well-planned apartment located in a quiet and green area in Luthagen by Tegnerparken. About the apartment: Pleasantly furnished and ready for moving in with storage spaces. Appliances and necessities are in place, so it's move-in ready immediately. Spacious bedroom with a 180cm wide bed and built-in wardrobes. Spacious laundry room with two washing machines, dryer, and drying cabinet in the basement, as well as storage and bicycle storage. Just outside the entrance, there are bicycle stands and a waste room with proper waste sorting. The location: Two minutes' walk to Coop, one minute's walk to the bus stop, five minutes' walk to Ekonomikum, and located right next to the beautiful Tegnérparken. Easy to cycle to the city center on a bike path in under ten minutes. Safe area with little traffic and a restful silence and green surroundings right outside. Included in the rent: heating, water, internet, and TV. The rent is adjusted as the apartment is fully equipped and furnished. Not included in the rent: electricity trading and operating costs. Based on consumption and paid along with the basic rent according to each month's consumption. Note: Tenant must have their own insurance in addition to the home insurance that already covers the residence and stands for this themselves. The rental is intended for about half a year, during the spring semester of 2027, as I am currently residing in Australia and will not be back until or after the summer. There is a chance for extension, but it is not guaranteed. I am looking for a person or a couple who are respectful, orderly, and good at keeping their living space tidy. The neighbors in the building are very nice and quiet, and I wish to find someone who can also contribute to this mutual respect.
