The area: In 1 minute you are down at Brommaplan where you find the green metro line, buses in all directions as well as buses connecting to the commuter train and direct buses to Arlanda. If you want to be surrounded by greenery, the area is full of allotments, Lillsjön (with outdoor gym), nature reserve in Judarnskogen, Solvik/Solviksbadet, and various restaurants and cafés close at hand. Necessities: At Brommaplan, you find healthcare, library, banks, gym, grocery stores and market trade, shoemaker, dry cleaner, florists, Systembolaget, gas station, and more. In 10-15 minutes you are downtown. About the apartment: The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, storage, living room with dining area, a separate bedroom, and bathroom with a washing machine. In the association, there is a bookable terrace with a grill (which can also be used without booking it), fully equipped laundry room, bike room, environmental room, and bike racks. Who are you: I am looking for a responsible person or couple who take care of themselves and their home, who have a stable income and respect their neighbors (this obviously includes being able to live a normal life). I obviously want you to thrive and am therefore open to adjustments in the apartment such as color and design.
