I rent out part of the house with its own kitchen, bathroom, and entrance. Two large bedrooms upstairs, each with space for one or two people. Unfortunately, the house looks nicer in pictures than in reality. The toilet is of the Separet type, you can Google it to see what to expect. It is separated from the other side of the house, you have your own privacy and do not need to share anything, completely separate from the rest of the house with its own entrance. It is a very old house, so don't expect modern structures, after all, you have a 260-year-old house, but it has an incredible area if you love nature. It is located in a nature reserve but only five minutes from the university, ten minutes from Uppsala center (by car). I am looking for someone who is completely independent, can solve problems on their own, and doesn't require help. The garden is huge and requires lawn mowing in the summer, which is very nice but time-consuming and maybe just for those who enjoy the countryside. It's a five-minute walk to the lake, and there are many nice walks in the surroundings to enjoy nature, ride, or cycle. Rent does not include electricity or garbage collection, which is quarterly and costs 1k every three months. The house can be available for rent immediately.
