A nice small studio apartment is available for immediate rent, with walking distance to trains towards Stockholm and Uppsala. The apartment is relatively newly built and located in a quiet part of Knivsta. The shops, nature, and proximity to trains and E4 make this residence an excellent option if you commute to work/education. The apartment is for sale and may be sold soon or in a couple of years - we do not know. The residence is rented out during the time it takes to sell the apartment, which also means that there may be viewings of the apartment, and you as a tenant should ensure the apartment is in a presentable condition at those times (hence the cheap rent). A one-month notice period applies to both parties. Household electricity is charged one month in arrears for the actual cost.
