Gröna gatan, Uppsala

Hello, I am renting out my condominium as I’m going to try living together with my partner. The apartment is 40.5 square meters and is located in Salabacke in Uppsala. The square meters are distributed with a hall having four wardrobes, a bathroom with a bathtub, a kitchen, and a living room with a sleeping alcove that fits a double bed. Internet is available via fiber, 1000mbit. The apartment is rented furnished or partially furnished. There is some flexibility depending on the tenant's wishes and how long the rental contract is expected to last. Initially rented out for a maximum of one year as approval is needed to rent out a condominium.
