The apartment is suitable for a person who is either studying or working in Uppsala and looking for temporary accommodation. The apartment is located in the quiet area of Ekeby, close to both natural areas like allotments and Hågadalen, several university campuses, and about a 10-minute bike ride to the city center. There are also public transport options available, as well as parking spaces. In the local area, there are also football fields, Coop, Friskis och Svettis, ekebybruk, and Uppsala Makerspace. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (can also include some dishes and kitchen utensils if the tenant wants) and is rented furnished, with a bed (120 m width), kitchen table + chairs, and 2 shelves. There is also ample closet space. No storage room is available. The apartment is only rented out to a maximum of one person who is either studying or working in Uppsala. The rent includes heating and electricity, as well as the rental of furniture. The apartment can be rented from November to June, with specific dates to be discussed.
