The apartment is preferably rented out fully furnished, but the furnishing can be adjusted as needed. Child-friendly furniture and a toy kitchen are available if desired. Internet, electricity, and water are included in the rent. The building has a shared laundry room, bicycle storage, and stroller room as well as a small gym that can be used free of charge.
