A deposit of one month's rent must be paid before moving in and will be refunded after moving out and inspection of the room. We require you to have accommodation references. No pets, smokers, or partiers, and you should generally be orderly. In other words, we are looking for calm people. Additional info: Close to Gottsundacentrum (Willys, Ica, and Lidl). It takes about 15-20 minutes to get to town by bus. About 25-30 minutes if you are cycling. Immediate move-in; we rent out the room for ten months.
