The balcony is large, about 15 square meters, with a fantastic view. The estate is an active farm, with animals and machinery. The lower floor of the apartment is about 100 square meters, where the kitchen/living room has an open floor plan, which also includes a hall, bathroom with shower, washing machine, and dryer, as well as two additional rooms. The upper floor, about 50 square meters with a slanted ceiling, consists of a large bedroom. The apartment is very energy-efficient with good insulation including triple-glazed windows. Heating is through electricity and a ventilation system with heat recovery. Electricity is paid monthly in arrears. The current tenant estimates the normal electricity usage to be 1,000-3,000 SEK per month on average, but this may not be the case for the next tenant – it depends on usage.
