Looking PRIMARILY for someone who would consider "loaning/swapping apartments" - what do I mean by that? I want to keep my residence, just like you, maybe you commute to/via Örebro and are tired of the travel time between Sthlm/Västerås like I am. Hotel nights are no longer fun, and commuting between 1.5 - 2.5 hours every week/day takes too much dead time. We can agree on how the accommodation and rent will be handled. Either we pay our respective rents and electricity or we pay each other's when we stay in each other's homes. My rent and electricity are dirt cheap, if I find you interesting, I will attach invoices for what I pay per month. (Cheap considering how central it is) Under 8000:- per month. We should both waive the right to tenure for each other's homes. Meaning you will never be able to "take over my apartment and I never yours." We protect both of us. I'm looking for accommodation in Västerås/Sthlm with surroundings. Area - a quiet one. Your history or past does not affect your chances of being able to rent my apartment. It doesn't concern me. I just want you to take care of the home. If you want to make holes in the walls to hang up your stuff, no problem. I'll restore it anyway since I have to do it with my own drilled holes ;)
