Hi, we will be moving out of this apartment on the 31st of January 2027. Until then, we will be there sporadically. To cover the rent, we are looking for someone in need of temporary accommodation. You cannot be registered at the address and you will share the apartment with me on a few occasions. Large bedroom, living room and kitchen. Nicely furnished, nice atmosphere and with a beautiful view of the forest. All costs are included in the rent, including wifi. There is no possibility to rent for a longer period or to take over the contract.
