Would you like to be the third of us to share this spacious four-room apartment? The room that is available is 11 sqm. Jakob is on a study break and is catching up on old courses. Nils, whose room you would take over, is about to move back home to Umeå. The room is furnished with a bed, desk, bookshelf, and wardrobe. If you have your own furniture you prefer to use, that is also fine. In such cases, we move the current furniture to the storage space in the attic. The apartment house is located right next to Stabbyskogen with plenty of green areas but it takes less than 10 minutes by bike to get to the center. Jakob and I are primarily looking for a male resident because we feel more comfortable with that. It's advantageous if you'd like to play board games with us once or every other week, but it's certainly not a requirement :) Move-in in January or February depending on what you prefer.
