Hello! I will start studying this fall, and therefore I am renting out my apartment. It is a 1-room apartment of 41 sqm (+ balcony) located on Kanikenäsbanken with a view over the barge canal. - Move-in from August 1st and rented out until June 2026 - The apartment is rented out furnished as in the pictures (you can choose whether to have the desk in the apartment) - The kitchen will be equipped with most things (there is room for your own stuff) - Lots of storage space - There is a combo machine, dishwasher, towel warmer, TV screen, balcony, shared laundry room, and guest apartment. I am looking for someone who is pet-free without any payment remarks, and you need to be approved by the housing cooperative.
