Furnished rental part with private entrance for rent Now our rental part is available again and we are looking for a new tenant. We are renting out a furnished rental part with a private entrance in a quiet child-friendly area on Altfiolsvägen in Gottsunda. Located about 600 m from Gottsunda C where there are several grocery stores, other shops, restaurants, health center, swimming pool, etc. The rental part consists of a bedroom, kitchenette, dining area, and bathroom with shower. In the kitchenette, there is what is visible in the pictures, dishwashing possibilities are therefore right next to the kitchenette in the bathroom. Laundry room is available in the yard and can be booked when you want to use it. The rental part is approximately 15 m² in total so it suits one person. Wifi, heating, water, and household electricity are included. Several bus stops are nearby and it takes about 20 minutes to Uppsala C by bus. There are also good walking and cycling paths, and it takes about 20 minutes to Uppsala C. Also close to, for example, Ångströms, BMC, and SLU. It takes about 15 minutes by bike to Ångströms and BMC, and about 10 minutes to SLU. The tenant should be calm, non-smoking, and pet-free with a stable economy. The rent is 5000 SEK per month and is paid in advance. A deposit equivalent to one month's rent is paid before moving in and is refunded upon moving out if there is no reason to retain it. The rental part is rented indefinitely and we prefer to rent to someone who wants to live there for at least 1 year. Move-in as soon as possible or by agreement.
