We rent out our barn house in Hortlax, about 15 minutes by car from Piteå center. The house is just over 80 m² and stands independently on our property. It has its own entrance and parking right outside. The house has a hallway, three bedrooms (one larger and two smaller), a kitchen with a living room and a bathroom. The bathroom was renovated in 2019 and has a shower, toilet, sink, and its own washing machine. The kitchen contains a fridge, freezer, and stove, and the countertop is new.
