We are looking for someone who appreciates order and will take care of our apartment during our time away. Up to 2 adults + 2 children. About the apartment: The residence offers well-arranged spaces with a smart layout and plenty of storage. There is a gas grill and comfortable outdoor furniture on the rooftop terrace. On the enclosed balcony, you can enjoy beautiful sunsets. It is easy to access the garage and bicycle storage in the basement via the elevator. The apartment is rented out fully furnished. Association and common areas: The apartment is located in a modern and well-maintained association with a green and protected courtyard. The property is accessible. There is mail drop-off and access to the Myway store in the building. Location: Kappelgärdet is quiet and modern with a pleasant atmosphere. Kapellgatan is within walking distance to the travel center, city, gym, playgrounds, and grocery stores. It is easy to drive to E4 and Gränby center. Several buses run from the adjacent street, with direct lines to, among other places, Ångström and Gränby center. In the area, there are kindergartens and Kvarngärdesskolan Uppsala International School is a 5-minute bike ride away. The rent includes; a garage space, internet, TV, electricity (within reasonable consumption), water, and heating.
