I am renting out my well-maintained apartment in Västerås to a conscientious and responsible tenant. The apartment is located on the first floor and has its own entrance, providing a comfortable and private living environment. The rental is for one year, with the possibility of extension. Bathroom renovation is planned by the housing association in 2027. The exact date and schedule for the renovation in this particular apartment have not yet been determined. During the renovation, the association will provide a temporary construction module with a shower and toilet outside the building. Other parts of the apartment will remain usable as usual. This has been considered in the pricing, and the rent is therefore lower in consideration of the planned bathroom renovation. I am looking for a non-smoking tenant without pets, preferably with a stable economy and steady employment. Credit checks and references may be requested.
