Furnished one-bedroom apartment of 55 sqm in a small apartment building in beautiful, nature-rich Klagshamn. Rental period: December 1 - indefinitely. I am looking for a responsible tenant for my bright one-bedroom apartment facing southeast on the fourth floor with an elevator. The apartment was built in 2022 and therefore has all modern conveniences such as an induction stove, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. It also has a balcony overlooking the limestone quarry lake and the sea. The apartment has plenty of storage options including a walk-in closet. Klagshamn is located just outside Malmö, and you can easily get to the city by bus 16/12 or if you're up for a short bike ride, you can cycle 15 minutes to bus 150 in Västra Klagstorp which takes you to the train in 7 minutes. We have a small grocery store for small shopping or package pickups and weekly shopping is best done in Tygelsjö or at Emporia. Right outside the apartment, there is an outdoor gym and the lake's bathing jetty is just a stone's throw away. HSB BRF Vattenbrynet also offers a guest apartment for 400kr/night and a stroller room.
