Hello! We are urgently looking for one to two tenants for our apartment in Oxie as it is currently vacant after renovation. The apartment is located next to our own house but with private surroundings. The apartment is approximately 63 square meters, divided into a larger living room, kitchen, bathroom, and two smaller rooms. The living room has beautiful natural light and generous ceiling height. The apartment also includes a small patio, which in the summer is surrounded by white old-fashioned roses. It is worth noting that the patio is accessed by a Finnish Lapphund, in case of any allergies. We are primarily looking for one or two smoke-free and pet-free people to rent the apartment to. The rent includes water, heating, household electricity, and possibly internet. The apartment is rented unfurnished. A parking space may be provided. The location is very convenient for commuting to central Malmö via bus lines 1 and 12, and it is approximately a 10-minute walk (2 minutes by bus) from Oxie train station. The kitchen was equipped in 2022 with a new combined oven and hotplate, fan, refrigerator, and oak countertop. The bathroom underwent a comprehensive renovation in the summer of 2023 and now has a brand new shower and combined washer and dryer. We also require good references, and we also want the tenants to acquire their own home insurance.
