The apartment has recently been renovated and has an open floor plan between the kitchen and the living room. Enclosed balcony, bathroom with bathtub and large closet adjacent to the bedroom. There is one bedroom and a room that can be used as an extra bedroom or office. The apartment is rented furnished. The community has a large laundry room, relaxation area with sauna, and a well-equipped gym available.
