Mittituvan, Umeå

Newly renovated villa that we wish to rent out while we are working in another location. The villa consists of 3 bedrooms, large hallway, two bathrooms, one with a laundry room, and an open plan between kitchen and living room. Large windows that allow nice light penetration. Wood-burning stove. Underfloor heating. Patio under roof. Everything is included in the rent. The villa is located about 10 minutes outside Umeå city center, situated by the water (Rinneln) and has the forest as a neighbor with beautiful walking paths. There is a bus but it is limited, we recommend a car.
