The apartment is perfectly located between the sea and central Gothenburg, at 57 sqm with a glazed balcony facing west. The entire apartment is relatively newly painted so it's ready to move in. The parking spot also has a charging box if you have an electric car, but there are some additional costs to keep it running and for charging the car. A five-minute walk takes you to Marklandsgatan, which is a major public transport hub for trams or buses going in all directions regardless of where you want to go in Gothenburg and its surroundings. You can reach Slottskogen in a 10-minute walk and Änggårdsbergen in 15 minutes. There's wonderful nature, lakes, and good trails for walking and jogging.
